Our unique anode-free design, based on cutting-edge materials science, maintains the high performance of lithium metal technology while significantly reducing lithium usage. The result is the first solution of its kind to deliver high energy density as well as power density, with no need to compromise on either.
We also utilize an ultra-thin protective coating layer that does away with the safety and poor cycle life issues experienced by traditional lithium-ion battery solutions. BEI products are up to 40% smaller and 46% lighter than conventional Li-Po batteries, while offering an extended operating temperature range of -35 to +73oC for the utmost in reliability in any environment.
Our batteries have also been successfully tested to UN 38.3 requirements, ensuring that they can be transported safely by air, land or sea.
