Lighthouse Avionics (LHA) designs and manufactures passive, dual-use air domain awareness infrastructure from its facility in Hilliard, Ohio. Our VICTOR product line is a ground-based, multi-sensor surveillance platform that combines a high-density optical array with ADS-B reception and laser rangefinding to detect, track, and classify airborne objects in the low-altitude airspace. Because VICTOR is fully passive, it delivers persistent coverage without emitting, and without the cost, siting burden, and false-alarm rates associated with radar. The same platform supports Counter-UAS detection for defense customers, Drone First Responder and BVLOS programs for public safety agencies, and remote tower surveillance for commercial operators — one architecture, scaled to the mission.
