Brad Willows
New York State - Empire State Development
Brad Willows serves as an Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer of Empire State Development, New York's primary economic development agency. ESD manages a wide range of economic development programs and policies on behalf of New York State, with the goal of promoting a vigorous and growing state economy. In his role, Brad supports programs and policy development spanning multiple areas, including advanced air mobility, manufacturing, and semiconductors. He is currently leading the state's effort to develop a new strategic plan for UAS technology development and public sector adoption. Brad lives in the Albany, NY region with his family.
