Kamil Faltynowski is a Team Leader for the UK Government’s Future of Flight Programme at the Department for Transport, where he leads policy to enable the safe integration of drones and emerging aviation technologies into the UK’s transport system. His work focuses on creating the conditions for commercial drone operations to grow safely, including through airspace integration, advanced air mobility, infrastructure, technology and international collaboration. Before joining the Department for Transport, Kamil held a number of policy and analysis roles across government, supporting major reforms in children’s social care and family policy. He has a background in evidence-based policymaking, regulatory reform and cross-government delivery
