Paul Strande is the Deputy Executive Director of the FAA's Office of Advanced Aviation Technologies, responsible for
the development of strategy and the coordination of FAA implementation of advanced aviation concepts and regulatory
developments in the United States. As the former Director of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Research Division in the
UAS Integration Office, Paul developed UAS research plans, performed analysis, and supported research that expanded
UAS operational capabilities, including UAS Traffic Management.
