No problem at all. We offer flexible one-day ticket options starting from £34 Early Bird for Expo Hall access, or £99 Early Bird for Expo + Conference. Both days run from 10am to 4pm. We’d recommend checking the conference agenda once published so you can plan around the sessions most relevant to you. If your plans change, upgrading on the door is always an option.

Welcome - you’re in the right place. Here’s a simple starting point: register early (Early Bird pricing runs through May and saves you money), then download the DroneX Networking App once it goes live. The app gives you the full exhibitor list, interactive floorplan, session schedule, and the ability to book meetings with exhibitors in advance - so you arrive with a plan rather than wandering.

On the day, the event is split into the Expo Hall (exhibitors, networking areas) and the Conference (keynotes and seminars). We’d suggest arriving at 10am, picking up the show guide at the entrance, and choosing two or three sessions from the conference agenda that match your area of interest. Our team will be on the floor throughout if you need any guidance.

DroneX is an in-person event and the full experience - exhibitor meetings, networking, and the conference sessions - is designed around being on the floor. We do not currently offer a virtual attendance option. Selected session content and highlights may be available post-show. Follow us on social media and sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

We welcome speaker applications from senior practitioners, policymakers, and innovators across the uncrewed tech sector. Speaking opportunities at the Standard and Premium exhibitor level are available by application and subject to content alignment. To apply, visit the Conference section of the website or email enquiries@uncrewedtechexpo.com with a brief outline of your proposed topic and professional background. The 2026 speaker programme will be announced in due course - early applications are encouraged.

Registration is handled online. Head to the Register to Attend section of the website, select your ticket type, and complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email, and a VAT receipt is available on request. Early Bird pricing runs through May - we recommend registering sooner rather than later to lock in the best rate.

DroneX 2026, part of the Uncrewed Tech Expo, takes place on 29–30 September 2026 at ExCeL London, Halls S13–S15. Doors open at 10am and close at 4pm on both days. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues at registration.
