Here’s a simple starting point: register early, then download the DroneX Networking App. The app gives you the full exhibitor list, interactive floorplan, session schedule, and the ability to book meetings with exhibitors in advance - so you arrive with a plan rather than wandering.
On the day, the event is split into the Expo Hall (exhibitors, networking areas) and the Conference (keynotes and seminars). We’d suggest arriving at 10 am, checking the show guide, and choosing two or three sessions from the conference agenda that match your area of interest.
