If you plan to have your package delivered by a 3rd party please deliver to the address below from Sunday 27th - Monday 28th September between 9:00 - 16:00.

The organisers will sign for any deliveries before the show in the absence of the exhibitor, however all couriers will be asked to leave packages on stands, regardless of whether they have been built or not. We cannot guarantee the safety or accept any responsibility of these packages and strongly recommend you arrange delivery for when you are onsite during build up.
Deliveries via Courier:
*The Organisers are not liable for any loss or damages of deliveries.
Instructions:
- Instruct the courier to book a delivery slot on Voyage Control during the build-up days. (show link available 21 days before show)
- Provide them with the lorry door number S13 for access.
- Direct the courier to deliver your items to the organiser’s office, where you will be able to pick it up on your arrival.
Parking:
The Excel London parking is charged at a flat rate of - £25 per day.
